USPostage.io provides a platform for purchasing shipping labels from USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Canada Post using cryptocurrency payments. We act as an intermediary between you and the shipping carriers.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when purchasing shipping labels
• Ensure all package contents comply with carrier regulations and applicable laws
• Use shipping labels only for their intended purpose
• Not ship prohibited or restricted items
• Comply with all import/export regulations for international shipments

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through cryptocurrency via CoinPayments. Once a cryptocurrency payment is confirmed and labels are generated:

• All sales are final
• Refunds are not available for purchased labels
• You are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct before purchase
• Labels are typically valid for 30 days from purchase date

5. Shipping Labels and Carriers

Shipping labels are provided "as-is" from the respective carriers. We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays or service disruptions
• Lost or damaged packages
• Carrier policy changes
• Incorrect address information provided by you
• Customs issues or duties for international shipments

For issues with shipping or tracking, you must contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

6. Prohibited Items

You may not ship any items prohibited by carriers or law, including but not limited to:

• Stolen goods or counterfeit items
• Living animals
• Perishable items (unless properly packaged and disclosed)
